All services are offered virtually using a secure, HIPAA Compliant Telehealth platform. Group therapy is considered upon request. You have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost.

Individual Therapy
30 Min. Consultation: $50 | 50 Min. Session $165
Individual Therapy will allow space for you to get to know YOU. Here we will unpack the ways in which you have come to be. We will explore what has been working for you but also what hinders you. We will process how various internal and external factors place strain on your ability to accomplish/maintain your preferred TRUTH. Here we will challenge previous ways of thinking and functioning to create space for a preferred version of yourself.
Family Therapy
30 Min. Consultation $50 | 60 Min. Session
Starting at $300
Family Therapy will allow you and your family members to address behaviors and patterns that have created tension within the family system. Each family is unique therefore we will work together to explore each person’s influence within the family dynamic. We will address roles, expectations, patterns, and generational TRUTHS that have contributed to family dilemmas. We will challenge current methods of being within the family relationship to create space for you and your family members to function in a healthy way.

The purpose of this consultation service is to provide support to therapists who are seeking additional therapeutic perspective and knowledge for the betterment of themselves and/or their client(s).
